Phyllo Cups
Help on what to fill phyllo cups with. Thanks
|
Sweet or savoury you can use anything that doesn’t need a lot of cooking as phyllo dough usually browns quickly.

I like to put a piece of brie, bake till brie melts, (not long) then top with a bit of raspberry jam. Everyone loves them.

Easy and fast dessert - I fill with lemon curd.

I'm making a mock crab salad or what ever you call it and putting that in them. First I will crisp up the filo cups in the oven. Hope they turn out.

I'm getting really hungry reading this thread................. :D
I love phyllo! I love Brie! What don't I love? |
I like to make a filling using chopped spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella, an egg or two as a binder, garlic and a pepper. I fill the phyllo cups and bake. It's basically the same filling I use for veggie lasagna.
I also sometimes use pie filling. |
