Bake a yellow cake mix in a 8 x 14 pan (size???) Poke holes in it while it is hot Pour Pina Colada canned mix into the holes. (might want to warm it slightly by sitting it in hot water before opening) Either mix shredded coconut into Cool Whip and spread on top, or top with Cool Whip and then sprinkle toasted or regular shredded coconut on top. This is really delicious and very rich, although it tastes light. |
For an adult version of this, use rum instead of jello. And use straws to poke your cake with.
