most of these recipes can be done in the slow cooker!
i brown mine in a little olive oil..with onions. pepper too..

then toss them in the crock pot..had them last night..

i can of cream of anything..half can of water. you can toss in some small potatoes too..even the vegetable too..

i think i will try the pineapple recipe too!

Wow! What great pork chop recipes! Can't wait to try them.

Here's a recipe I've made for years and it's a family favorite:

In a skillet, brown 4-5 pork chops in a tbsp of olive oil, adding chopped onion, chopped green pepper and minced garlic (I use frozen onion, green pepper and minced garlic in a jar....easier that way).

In a large bowl or measuring cup, mix 2 c. beef broth, 1/3 c. ketchup, 1/2 tsp. dried sage, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. dried thyme, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 cup rice. When the chops are browned, pour this over the chops, cover and simmer until the rice is done, about 25 minutes. You might need to add more water if the liquid is absorbed before the rice is done.

This goes against my five-ingredients-or-fewer "rule" but it sure is good :-)

brown them in a bit of oil both sides till juices run clear.
then top with.

1 cup peach preserves or apple jelly add 2 T vinagar mix well pour on top of chops turn off heat. then enjoy

i do the same for chicken breat since they have a tendency to be dry at times

Brown on both sides, add sliced onion, bell pepper on top
of each one, can of chopped tomatoes...cover and simmer
til tender.....sometimes I add sliced zuchinni ..for some zip I add chopped jalapeno peppers....serve over rice...
