This is so good on a cold night or with any meal.

1 pound of frozen hash browns, cubed or sliced.
2 Quarts of chicken broth - try to get fat free, low sodium
1 package of country gravy mix (envelope makes white gravy)

Put hash browns in pan sprayed with Pam, stir them around until they are sort of apart, add all of the chicken broth and the gravy mix and stir well while heating. If consistency is too thin, I add 1/4 cup of instant mashed potatoes.

1 cup = 1 pt.

1 pt. Is that Weight Watcher's point system?

Thanks np3 for clarifying (?) ---- I was trying to figure out how 1 cup could equal 1 pint!!!

I guess there is no way to abbreviate "point". 1 Cup of soup is = to 1 WW Point. Sorry about that.
