I looked and found what sounds to me to be the perfect MAKE-AHEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS like my mother made. Have looked for years so I will be trying this one out as I would like to serve them for Christmas instead of store bought. The last ones I made looked like little rabbit pellets. Did not raise at all but tasted so-so. Should have been embarrassed but I wasn't. Everything else tasted good and the rabbit pellets gave everyone a big laugh.

I love potato soup altho never tried cheese in it. Did make corn soup one time like that and it was delicious. Think I will have it tomorrow. I already thawed out my pork chops and will have fried potatoes and salad for tonight.

I'll tell you how I came upon my Cheesy Potato soup. I found a normal potato soup recipe that called for a bit of cheese. Since i love cheese, I decided if one cup of cheese was good, two or three cups would be wonderful---AND IT IS!

Taste of Home has some good potato soup recipes. Look up Baked potato soup and at least double the cheese.
