Pour a Pan Pizza
1 C flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2/3 C milk 2 eggs beaten 1 lb bulk italian sausage pepperoni (about 24 slices) 2 TBSP green pepper 2 TBSP chopped onion 1 C pizza sauce 8 oz shredded mozerella cheese Combine first 5 ingredients, and pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Meanwhile, brown sausage in pan on stove until no pink shows. Drain. Sprinkle sausage over batter, top with pepperoni, green pepper and onion. (I only put green pepper and onion on half- picky eaters!) Bake for 15 min at 425 or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Take out of oven, top with sauce and cheese and return to oven for 5 more minutes. Let sit 5 min before cutting. |

No leavening? If it is not using yeast in the crust, I would expect baking powder or soda.

I use self-rising flour. But that is the original recipe. I just adapted it for my taste.
