BROWNIE:
2 cups flour
½ cup instant mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup margarine
3 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups pumpkin
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Sift together the 1st 5 ingredients. Melt margarine. Stir in sugar, eggs & pumpkin. Add dry ingredients & nuts. Stir until well blended. Pour into large greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25’ to 30’.

FROSTING:
3 oz. Cream cheese (room temp)
½ cup margarine (room temp)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Not quite a pound of powdered sugar.

Blend very well & spread on COOL brownie.

just the flakes right out of the box
