Quick Bread Recipe
 

I am looking for a Sweet Potato Bread recipe that is made either from a bread or a cake mix. I have eaten it at one of our restaurants and it is delicious and moist. So, I am thinking it could be made with a gingerbread or spice cake mix. I am wondering if I substituted the sweet potato puree for the water if that would work.

Have you tried Pinterest? They have some great recipes of all kinds on there.

I'm a member of Weight Watchers and you can add a small can of pumpkin to any box mix from cake mix to brownies. (I don't taste the pumpkin either) That is all you add to the dry mix and bake as usual. It is amazing how moist and good this is and healthier too.
