Quick & Easy Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

1 lb Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage, sliced
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 stalks celery, diced
1-28 oz can diced tomatoes with peppers and onions
1-16 oz bag frozen chopped okra
2 cans fat-free chicken broth
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
3 cups cooked rice or 1 1/2 cups instant rice, optional

In oil cooked chicken add sausage to brown. Add celery. Once meat is
cooked and all other ingredients but rice. let simmer about 20 minutes. if
you wish to add rice, do so now. Cover and cook additional 20 minutes.
