These sound really good! Will have to give this recipe a try. :)

I made these and they were a hit when I took the pan to work!
I used quick cooking oats.
I had a bunch of oats/sugar crumbles left as I didn't want the bottom crust too thick.
I used 2 small jars of homemade freezer jam.
Worked well. I will make again.
Quick, simple...how can you beat that?
