ISO flaxseed muffin recipe. Lost my favorite one and need help!

I don't have a recipe. Did you look in your sewing room? Lot's of stuff gets lost in there. I heard of sewing machines and sergers being found in there under all the fabric and UFO's.

Thanks so much. I found a picture of a perfect carrot and flaxseed muffin, but couldn't bring up the recipe. I'll keep working on it.
