regarding the peach pudding pie post.
Nothing there when I open both posts. Just a blank screen. ???
Same thing happened to me. Never seen that before on the QB. Thought maybe someone was deleting one of the duplicate posts.
Phew! Thought it was my iPad AGAIN!
I went back 3 or 4 times to look at the recipe but always got the blank screen. First time seeing that on QB.
Blank screen for me too--nothing there
I never got the post until today and find nothing as well, but your comments.
Nothing pulls up for the upside down cake either. Strange. Same poster too.

Okay, I had to go look. It doesn't link me to a post either. Just a blank screen.

Both postings for the peach pudding cake ARE NOT THERE.
New post just up!
I am still getting the blank page. Where is the new post located?
By any chance, was this the recipe? I think this was the one posted; I copied it from the blog into Word so that i could find it again:
Died and Gone To Heaven Peach Pie 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup milk 1 large can of peaches, (3-1/3 cups) save the juice 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, egg, and milk in a large bowl. Beat for two minutes on medium speed. Pour into a 10 inch greased pie pan. Place drained peaches on top, then set aside. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons peach juice. Beat for two minutes until smooth. Spoon on top of the peaches and keep away from the edge--about 1 inch. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
Same with me. What happened?
Thanks, Shirley. I am going to try that one right away. This would be a great recipe to do in the wintertime when there are no fresh peaches.
Thanks for posting. |
You're welcome, mac. This is a wonderful pie!
Also, I checked on http://www.allrecipes.com and they have a recipe almost identical to this pie but with a different name "Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie". It specifies using non-instant vanilla pudding, adds in 3 tbsp softened butter when adding in the egg and milk, so I think I'll try adding in the 3 tbsp butter next time. |
