Smoked Fish Dip


½ pint sour cream
2 Tbl. Horseradish
2 Tbl. Mayonnaise
Dash Tabasco

Flaked Smoked fish – I have used mackerel, mullet, and shad, but any other would work - at least the sae amount as the sauce.

Mix together. Serve with crackers.

we do one also. very different, but dh smokes his own fish in his home-made smoker.

ours has cream cheese, scallions, lemon juice and the flaked fish. it came from the new york times, but i have to try yours. it sounds better. i like a kick in my food.
