Quiltingboard Forums - Sopapilla cheese cake

3 pkgs cream cheese 8ozs each
3 cans crecent rolls
1 1/2 cups sugar
[i added vanilla to taste]

topping 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

mix 1 1/2 cup sugar and soften cream cheese and vanilla togeather.
[i also add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon under the 1st layer of rolls]
in 9 x 11 pan, layer one pkg of rools [ i rolled them out with powered sugar]

spread 1/2 the cream cheese mixture over 1st layer of rolls
add another layer of rolls
add the last half of the mixture.
add last layer of rools
melt butter and pour over last layer
sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon over butter layer
bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till brown.
cool completely in pan before cutting.
keep in frig.
