This is a real good recipe.

1-2 #s of boneless pork ( I use pork sisrloin strips) cut up
into cubes.
1 onion diced
garlic( chopped) optional
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 can beef broth(I always put the whole can in)
1 can of corn
2 cans pinto beans

You can brown your pork onion and garlic in 2tbs of oil ( I never do) I try and not use too much oil as it is FAT.
Put all in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with corn bread if desired.

This is so easy and real good.

The time will depend on how long it take your pork to get
DONE. Keep testing it.

Yummy. That sound so good. It would be great to have that now that it's cold out. That would warm me up just great.

Love crockpot recipes and this one sounds both good and easy. I've printed it off. Thanks!

A nice alternative to chili. I printed this one out to use.

Your recipe is almost the same as mine! I buy 10 to 12 pounds pork roasts! Never waste anything but a little fat (that I cook and add to dog food - they need some during the winter months too)! Fantastic to freeze in portions too.
