Take a yellow cake mix and a 13X 9ish pan. Pour the amount of oil needed for the cake into the pan and coat sides and bottom. Put cake mix in pan. Measure water into a measuring cup, add eggs and beat with fork til eggs are mixed well with the water, pour over cake mix in pan and stir together with fork. Make sure you get the corners mixed well. Sprinkle chips and nuts on top and bake, following directions on box.

No, just a cake. But you don't need frosting, as it is sweet enough without.
