I have gotten very lazy and quite frankly have not felt good for some time so I started looking for ways to cook with out a lot of mess or ingredients. what you need is simple! A can of Beef gravy or jar if you prefer. 2 to three lbs. of beef stew meat or what ever beef can be the most inexpensive chuck roast whatever you can find. Cut it up into cubes. Place in slowcooker and pour gravy over. I prefer to cut down on cooking time and and I also shake meat tenderizer over my meat. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. I served over rice. You can add greenpeppers, diced onion, celery anything you might want to add put in at start of cooking. The meat was so tender my b/f had 3 bowls and he is super picky!! you can double the recipe for larger family.
