Sweet onions
I dice onions and put in powered milk, it makes them sweet and less hot.

Leave them in the frig and use them as i need them.


Cukes and Onions
Dice onions, peal and quarter cukes long ways,then dice them.

I soke them in powered milk about 30 mins. [no burping later]
Drain milk off.

Add 1 tlbs mayo and about 1/4 to 1/2 cup sour cream salt and pepper.
Let it sit in frig about 1 hour, then enjoy.
