You need 2 medium tomatoes and 1 medium onion
1 regular pie shell
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup creamy cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan
pinch of basil
2 tsp flour

Dice tomatoes and onion and put in colander to drain. Bake pie shell until lightly brown. Spoon tomatoes and onion into pie shell. Sprinkle a little basil (according to taste preference) over top. Then sprinkle the flour lightly over top to help absorb moisture. In separate bowl blend mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and parmesan. Spoon over top of tomato mixture and bake at 275 degrees until cheese is lightly browned. Delicious

It is like the cheddar you use for cheese dip. Cheese for Nachos. Something like cheese whiz. Hope this explains it. LOL

Does it come in a small jar? I use that for English muffin crab canapes.
