This is from my MIL's favorite recipes and it isn't like the traditional fruitcake. this one is sooooo good and easy.

1 pound box of graham crackers
1/2 lb. raisins
1/2 lb. dates
1/2 lb. mixed candied fruits
1 small bottle marachino cherries
2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can Eaglebrand milk
1 lb. marshmellows (cut into pieces) or can use minature one

Crush Graham Crackers and add chopped fruits, nuts and spices. Scald milk and add marshmellows. Do not allow to melt completely. Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients. Mix well andn pack firmly into graham cracker box. Store in refrigerator for a few days before serving.

I used to help my Grandmother make this at Christmas. Seeing this brings back lots of fond memories.

My MIL had some of these in the freezer from way back in the early 90's. they still looked so good. I tried one and it was still great. I know that sounds bad but actually it was very very good.
