Use food processor to make bread

This is great. Delicious and quicker than bread machine.

I may have to try this sometime. I don't have a food processor but I could do like she suggest & mix it in the bread maker on the dough cycle until it's ready to shape & rise & then do that part by hand. She has some great looking recipes. Thanks for the link.

My bread machine died a few weeks ago. It was a good one, bought in the 80's. LOL I used my Kitchen Aid mixer to mix and knead the bread and it worked great. I have a small food processor so won't hold much dough.

My bread maker is only for mixing & raising one time. Finish in bread pan. Nearly new bread maker was $5 at a garage sale. I use Kitchen Aid mixer for 2 or 3 pound meatloaf or meatballs.

Sunny Thanks for the great link. I just spent way to much time there reading recipes, such memories. I can remember my mom and grandmother making some of these. I got a lot of ideas for sprucing up some of my boring veggies. I love to cook so this site is a real treasure.
