Valentine Help!

I need something sweet for a Valentine get together. Any new great ideas?

What age group and/or setting (work, family, Girl's Night, sweetheart...)? Are you looking for a candy, a cake-type, a cookie, a pie? Or just something sweet?

I saw a post somewhere else yesterday that had heart cupcakes. Bake a thin layer of dark red batter and cut it into small hearts. Then place those upright in your cupcake wrapper and pour lighter batter around it. Top as desired. When you bite into the cupcake there is a heart in the middle. Really cute and fairly simple.

Ordinary iced cupcakes with the little message hearts stuck in the icing? My Walmart has the little message hearts and red heart shaped suckers. I want to pick up both for my candy dishes.

For years I have made cherry pie for Valentines Day, the kind with a cream cheese layer topped with cherries.

This is for a fun group of friends. I have used the pretzel/cherry desert, heart shaped cakes, dip strawberries...
I like the cupcake hearts if I can figure that out. Thanks!

I make a chocolate cake then take vanilla and chocolate pudding you can cheat and buy the cups all ready made.Take cherry pie filling and whiped cream. I take the cake after it cools and take it by the spoon full and put it into a round dish that has a petastool on bottom. Sorry cant think of name of dish but it is deep. You put cake then pudding the cherry pie filling the cool whip and you keep layering it. You can add cool whip to cover top then top it off with cherries. It is very good and pretty to serve.

Peppermint candies
4 inch lollipop sticks
3×4″ clear plastic bags

Crush peppermint candies in a separate plastic bag or glass bowl.

Insert lollipop stick into marshmallow.

Stick marshmallow pop into styrofoam to harden.
Wrap in plastic bag and tie with a ribbon.
Notes - I didn’t have any styrofoam so I just laid the pops out on waxed paper to harden.
