I cut up some of all my favorite veggies in a plastic bowl. Pour Lite Italian Salad Dressing over them, cover bowl with lid and let marinade at least overnight. I stir them gently every several hours. Everyone that has eaten them love them. If I use a very large bowl I use 2 bottles. Be sure to use the Lite as the oil in the regular salad dressing does something to especially broccoli.
I usually use Broccoli,cauliflower,red & green sweet peppers,tomatoes,onion slices,fresh mushrooms. These seem to be the best.

Try them with French dressing....and place a single layer on a cookie sheet and roast them!!! YUMMY!
