For those that were interested from the "pumpkin" thread ... here's the recipe with some modifications
2 small or 1 large box of sugar free lime jello 1/3 cup boiling water 2 8oz key lime pie flavor yogurts (we liked the Yoplait light thick & creamy the best) 1 8oz frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed 1 9" reduced fat graham cracker crust Dissolve jello in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt. With wooden spoon fold in whipped topping. Place mixture in crust. Refrigerate over night. ENJOY! You could you any jello/yogurt combinations you prefer. Suzy |
