The standard meal -
Turkey or ham or prime rib
Dressing
Mashed Spuds
Candied Yams..
Jello Salad..
Rolls...
Pumpkin pies/pumpkin cheese cake/Kahlua cheese cake.

One thing I started to do several years back is that I serve ONE brand new recipe Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. It's been funm keeps the cook from getting bored and now the family looks for it.

Off to work.. will post a recipe later.

I absolutely adore fruit cake. But not regular fruit cake (that I just like) but my grandmother's recipe for white fruit cake, filled with dates, golden raisins and nuts! Not that fake colored candied stuff. Except a few candies cherries.
