Had this for dinner tonight...haven't had it in so long I'd forgotten about it!! :)

1 pound of chicken breast or tenders
2 jars Alfredo sauce
tablespoon of minced garlic
2 packages of "Italian Mix" shredded cheese

Optional: chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, sliced olives
cooked lasagna noodles

Brown the chicken and cut into small (about 1/2 inch) pieces, add the onion, bell pepper, saute until the onions are transparent. Add the sauce, olives and garlic. Layer just as you would any lasagna recipes and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

It's WONDERFUL!! :)

I copy the recipe and paste it into a .doc and either save or print it from there. Fast and Easy!

If you don't have Microsoft Word, you can also just select (highlight) the recipe, go to File, then Print. In the Print window, under Print Range, choose Selection. This will print the recipe only.

What name brand of Alfredo sauce do you buy? I have tried a couple different ones in Minnesota but didn't like them. I do love Olive Gardens Alfredo sauce. Thanks
