I don't grow my own zucchini but there's always someone trying to give me some! This is my favorite zucchini bread recipe...it's so yummy!

Wendy I LOVE that magazine!! I look forward to getting my new one every time I get the emails saying their mailed out. PLUS...I found a whole box of older issues at a garage sale for 50 cents.

Another Kraft recipe lover here :) The magazines can stack up, but are so full of good recipes it's hard to let them go - even my husband cooks out of them! Raley's puts out a similar one that we pick up when in CA.
Here's how much living in the north puts our gardens behind - my zucchini is up but not even blooming yet. :( It's not in a greenhouse. And, I LOVE zucchini just about any way, mostly cut in half lengthwise and baked with a light topping of butter, parmesan and mozarella cheeses. I also have tons of zucchini recipes. Cake, muffins, bread and even canned disguised as shredded pineapple. Yummmmmy!
