FYI - Any time you have a recipe that calls for pumpkin you can replace the pumpkin with sweet potato or butternut squash. My mother told me when I was a child that they didn't have pumpkin when she was a child during the depression and that they replaced it with either of these two in recipes. I have always done this with no difference in result to the end product. We have a ton of sweet potatoes and butternut this year from the garden so I will be saving many of these recipes. Thanks!
