I found another recipe using frozen raspberries

[h=2]Ingredients[/h]

    [h=2]Directions[/h]
    1. In a large kettle or Dutch oven, bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the raspberries, tea bags and lemon juice. Cover and steep for 3 minutes. Strain; discard berries and tea bags.
    2. Transfer tea to a large container or pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.

    these recipies are good but in ca at the restraunt they just added a cystal light rasberry to the tea. that way no sugar
    was added. (however there is splenda in the cystal light)oh yeah to make just add rasberry cup to the amount of tea
    instead of water.

    I brew my tea in my coffee pot (7 tea bags for 1 gallon of tea). I add 2 tubes of crystal light raspberry (or the generic) to about a quart of water in my gallon jug. I add one teaspoon of sweat & low to my tea and add that to the jug and finish filling with water. Delicious!!!

    I love raspberry tea! Especially hot. When drinking hot, I usually use two tea bags; let it steep for 5 minutes then squeeze the bags out. I guess you could say I like it hot.

    Craftybear, I will have to explore extracts more. I didn't realize there was one for raspberry.
