I love this, can't eat it anymore because of diabetes. So if you are such, caution......it's wonderful.

Take one of those already made pizza doughs, smear alfredo sauce on it, add lots of shrimp and whatever else you like with it, I'm an onion freak....then cover it with mozzerella and cook med heat until it is slightly toasted on the edges and the cheeze melts.

Lawww chile, you gonna slap yo mammy cause she didn't think of it.

Try this very similar recipe! PIROGS

Saute @ 1/2 C Chopped Onion, 1 diced chicken breast, 1 Pkg Med shrimp (diced)
Sprinkle in some chopped spinach when chicken is ready
Add Chopped artichoke hearts 1 can(In Brine - not Marinated)
Add jar of Alfredo sauce (I use Classico roasted garlic)Remove from heat.
Cut Pistolettes(or other sandwich rolls) in half lengthwise
Broil to crispy light brown
Scoop on mixture (not too heaping)
Cover well with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Broil Again
Slice up as appetizers or just dig in. Oh my - Oh my!
We call them Pirogs (Pee-Rogs)or(Pee-roges)

Now that sounds pretty good, too. M L Late. I only have my neice's name for this concoction we fix and eat. Who knows, there might be something in the cook books like it with a proper name. Thanks for phonics, I'd never have known how to pronounce that, even after having lived over in Italy. With this southern twang, it wouldn't matter how I pronounced it, surely would not sound close. (my kids told me that and they don't lie, hahahahaha) Bon Appetit
