I found this yummy recipe on "Veggie Inspired" website/blog. I have not tired it yet, but it looks delicious! I'm planning to grow some extra tomatoes in the garden this year, then dry them. I made this up today. I put it on some bread, with sliced cucumbers and a sprig of dill...delicious!
