LavenderBlue, whether it is Chicken Salad or Tuna Salad, I think I make it mostly the same. Mayo, sweet pickles, celery and either tuna or chicken. However, there is a little bit of a difference, I put mustard in the chicken and sometimes ketchup in the tuna. My grandmother taught me about the ketchup in the tuna and once in a while I put it in as a remembrance of her.

I do think that I will try adding some chopped apples or cranberries or nuts to the chicken salad, though. I'll start there and work my way up. My husband doesn't like to change anything, but I do sometimes, so I'll have to make separate bowls of it.

.......peroxide injections in mcD's chicken nuggets! That sounds bizarre...I don't eat them, but I bet lots of kids love 'em....

JustJan, I'm going to give this a try! Sounds good, had not thought of it. Thanks.
