10 minute Corn Chowder
Need a quick meal that is easy, delicious, and will be gone in no time?
Here is my friend's meal that we love. Bet you will too!
1 can Creamed Corn
Potatoes, cubed
Ham, cubed
Onions, optional.
Cook potatoes until chunk-tender. Add Ham and Creamed Corn. Add salt and pepper, and heal until hot throughout--5-6 minutes.
A roll, muffin, glass of milk and cookie and you have a delicious meal!
I didn't put an amount for the Ham and Potatoes, as it depends on how many you are serving. This amount serves 2 of us, with generous portions.

Thanks for giving me the nudge ... I haven't made Corn Soup for a long time.
It's a great way to use leftover veggies ...
... mashed potatoes instead of the cubed you use,
and most any type of leftover veggies can be tossed in.
To up the taste ... remember to add some salt and/or pepper,
along with some butter!
