Default Beautiful Cookies to make for Easter

These are fun to look at even if you dont bake. A real work of art.

Thank you! Lilies of the Valley are my favorite flowers! It would seem that one would have to be an artist to make those cookies, however.

These cookies are wonderful! Thanks for the link! I make my cookies very similar to this, but not as elegant. Once you do them, it is not difficult at all. You don't need a piping bag for the frosting. A metal spatula or knife works fine. It helps to outline the cookie first before spreading the thin icing on, but you don't need to. You can outline with a knife or a spoon too. Use a spoon or toothpick to add colored frosting to the wet bottom layer, and the colors will 'spread' into the frosting. Add a dollop of frosting anywhere on the cookie and use the toothpick and walk it through the dollop into the other colors. Fun for kids when making Easter egg cookies.
