Used an old coffee can and made a tool bucket. Has fabric cover with pockets on outside and scissors and larger items go inside. Works great for me. My thread is on a rack with dowels.

Tried a SQ-9050 from Walmart and it began knocking after about 10 days. Took it back. Love the NX-800. The Dreamweaver looks fabulous but couldn't afford.

My husband just bought me a Brother Laura Ashley NX-800. Just love it. My other machine is about 45 years old and only zigzags. He is fabulous.

Never tried sandwiching on the wall but seems like it would stretch from the weight and be hard to get smooth but I am fairly new to quilting. I sandwich on a large table or the floor.

Love going barefoot inside but my machine is in basement so floor is cold. Have to leave shoes on. My machine has a knee pedal not foot pedal.
