I bought mine a couple of weeks ago and love it so far. I feel it is the best way for me to get in all those nutrients. I haven't used any of the recipes yet that came with it, just creating my own.

I doodle FAQ patterns in all my meetings at work. My coworkers think its pretty funny but it has helped me train my brain very well. I love FAQ. I stuck to meandering for a couple of years first.

I also love scrappy quilts for all of the above reasons. I also like them because I do not have to "think" too hard about the color choices. They always come out very nice and very colorful!
