The wilcox and gibbs is a good and interesting little machine. Almost any toy machine is chainstitch. So is the Singer 24.

I hate it when people butcher up sewing machines. They take a machine that at least would be useful for parts but probably works fine. Around here I see these awful things where they take the bed off...

For some reason people have started to think these machines are very valuable. Most of our old Singers where given to us.
