I found both of my 15sv10 machines on the Mississippi Gulf Coast within 10 miles of each other. I haven't compared this manual to my other 15 model manuals, but it does say 15sv10 on the front.

Maximus is a Ragdoll - thinks he is King Maximus. I have to block the hand wheel on the machine when I sew because he wants to play with it. It's a spoked hand wheel so that could be very dangerous.

We were very careful with the take up lever, barely had to touch it to keep it from moving.

It does look barely used. I think it's a great Craig's List find for $75. :)
