    How did you finish the edges on the bodies? A straight stitch, buttonhole stitch? I have the wings done, but just don’t know how to go about finishing the bodies.

    Yes, I bought a bendable bright light about a year ago. It was well worth the investment. You can very easily direct the light to just where you want it. I've found it to be a big help.
