I used Prismacolor colored pencils. You don't have to use any fabric medium/water/aloe or anything. Just set with an iron. Just be careful you don't transfer color to your ironing board.

Dolphyngyrl - The inks are 15ml pots - so they are super small but they seemed to go along way especially using water. No thickener used. I wanted to keep the material soft and not have it dry hard...
