I was glad to hear about the smell of the Olfa mat, my mat smells terrible, stinks up the whole room. I sure hope it goes away. My old one, I don't remember it smelling??

I would be interested, I did a 2 1/2 inch strip swap a long time ago and it was great, and I really did use all the strips in a reversible strip quilt. Fun stuff. Thanks for letting me know
