One very good hint I read here is, wash T shirts and dry with NO fabric softener. Really makes a difference how the fusible adheres to the fabric.

I had the same problem last week. I changed needle to a "top stitching needle",had no more problem. Since have been told "jeans needle" would have worked.

Your quilt is wonderful. I have a wedding pot I bought in 1959 on the reservation north of Albuquerque, can't remember the name. I think its the only thing my girls will fight over when I'm gone.
