    I have used waxed paper and that has worked well. my personal exp. with vinyl is it is sticky infact that was first time i used waxed paper. i was making a wet bag for diapers.

    I have used pegboard, love it and yes chalkboard paint in spray cant remember if got it at lowes or home depot. do not buy at craft stores as it is quite a bit more expensive there. so get pegboard...

    could it be a set of craft tweezers? they are more blunt at tips and work in reverse of eye tweezers. they clas the fabric and then lets go. I hope this makes sense.
