    I think you did a great job. The colors you choose, make you eye hop all over the quilt and look at it all. That is what it is suppose to do. GREAT JOB!

    Try this. First lay your backing down, wrong...

    Try this. First lay your backing down, wrong side up,on a table and tape it with masking tape-taunt. Pulling all edges and corners. Tape it really good. Then lay the batting down and smooth it out....
