Here is a hint that does not cost much. Get a table from the discount store and cut some PVC pipe about 18inches and big enough around that the legs of the table will fit in but won't go all the way...

Be sure the thread is seated in the tension disc....

Be sure the thread is seated in the tension disc. Another thing, Unthread all threads and run it with "The pedal to the medal" This sometimes loosens up a bit of dust or a loose thread. Good luck
