That is indeed the same machine with a different name on it. Do you have a picture of the shuttle and bobbin you could show? Also, if if isn' too much trouble, can you get measurements of them?

I found what I am going to assume is a model number under all the dirt on the bobbin cover plate thing. It's 5073724. Still get nothing when I search "steinkamp model # 5073724" though.
