Picture Problems

Haven't posted for a long time and when I tried to post some pictures of quilts I had finally finished, it tells me that the upload failed. What am I doing wrong? Never had a problem before.

Toile fabric

It's called Imperial Diamonds from a Fons and Porter magazine. I used 4 packs of Stonehenge charm packs instead of the batiks called for in the pattern.
