I'm in for August. I forgot to post my weight loss for the month of July. I lost 9 3/4 lbs for the month of July. Hope everyone did great. Good luck to everyone this month too !!!!

Fortunately I had enough ingrediants to make a batch of th pecan shortbread cookies and the toffee expresso. Loved them, had to pass them around because otherwise it would have been a diet killer....
