Thanks lab fairy, I think I will take it to the cleaners and see what they say about the lines and if that don't work, I will try the oxi clean.

Yes, the quilt can be washed in the washer, but would have to take it to a laundry mat. My washer is too small to handle it. Also will try the warm water and shout. Thanks

No, the quilt is all cotton. I have no idea why it needs to be dry cleaned. Maybe that is the only way to get out the dots.
