They are not able to give u price cuz it depends...
They are not able to give u price cuz it depends on what grade of fabric u picked out for the chair. Some fabrics costs more than other. Once upon selection of fabrics then they can quote you.

To make the flowers just simply cut the shapes...
To make the flowers just simply cut the shapes you want x2 and sew the right sides together. then turn it to right side out but do not press it. then at the open edge do a running stitches by hand...
